General Information:
* Live-In Position: To provide elder care and reside at the household where the senior(s) reside. "Our home is your home."
* 6-Bed Residential Care Home(s) for Seniors that provides 24-Hour Care & Supervision.
* Family-Oriented Environment between our Residents, Family Members, and Staff.
* 5-6 Days, and Nights Present/On-Call, per week.
* (+/-) 9 Working Hours per day.

General Requirements:
* Experience preferred, but not required.
* Must speak and understand English well.
* No transportation needed.
* Clean criminal record for LiveScan approval through DSS & CCLD.
* All necessary training & standard certification is provided by the facility.
* To provide care at our facilities in Santa Clarita, primarily the home residing at.

General Responsibilities:
* Frequent interaction and communication with residents & their families, management & staff members, physicians, and other health care professionals.
* Assistance with all necessary Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
* Daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
* Preparation of meals, desserts, and medication management.
* Assistance with mobility, transferring, and bathing -- Must be physically capable of lifting non-ambulatory residents, as needed.
* Toileting and incontinence care, including cleaning and changing of residents.
* Initiating and supervising social activities -- Going on walks, sitting outside, encouraging hobbies & interests, and scheduled activities.
* Night monitoring and assistance, as needed.

Accommodations & Compensation:
* Net Starting Salary (+/-) $300-$400 per week.
* Includes room & board, utilities, phone use, internet, food, hygiene supplies, furnishings, etc.
* Lodging and meals automatically deducted from weekly gross pay, per mutual agreement.

Developmental & Future Opportunities:
* Mutually agreed upon scheduling flexibility for pursuing educational & personal goals.
* Required on-the-job experience for future medical professionals.
* Managerial responsibilities, as desired and motivated to advance.
* Administrator training, as goals and ambitions allow.
