Compensation
The Vice President of Sales position is a 1099, commission-override role. You will earn a portion of the subscription revenue your team closes. The income is residual. 1st year compensation at plan is $75k. 2nd year compensation at plan is $100k.
Job Description
We are looking for a VP of Sales to build our sales infrastructure, supervise our call center, manage our business development team, and drive revenue. This position requires a hands-on team builder. You should be comfortable with training, employee development, hiring/firing, writing, planning, and managing to quota.
Specifically, you will:
1. Supervise call center and business development representatives
2. Develop training programs
3. Create sales materials.
4. Interview and hire a team.
5. Manage day-to-day sales operations.
6. Create budgets, forecasts, and plans.
Management Process
You will be managing a virtual team. You will have one-on-one training/review sessions, as well as team meetings. You will be free to set the times for these appointments. You will also set your own hours and you are permitted to accept outside work.
We want results and will give you the ball and expect you to be able to score.
