At this position you will troubleshoot routine product issues,
and participate as an active member in all support duties which include client support calls, training, remote support, and emails.

Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in a related field with strong academic credentials.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in previous technical support position.
- Familiarity with Databases such as MS SQL or MySQL and website development is a plus
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
