Responsibilities and Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

*Familiar with the South Bay area of Los Angeles and adjacent cities.

*A vast knowledge of leasing residential and commercial building.

*Excellent customer service and inter-office communication.

*Answering, screening and placing telephone calls. Incoming and outgoing correspondence.

*Creating and maintaining files, databases and project folders. Must possess strong organizational skills.

*Handling special projects and organizing functions from inception to completion. Must be detail-oriented and possess strong follow-up skills.

*Position requires discretion, initiative, sound judgment, strong work ethic, superior time management skills, solid organizational skills and a sense of urgency.

*Must be able to prioritize, work on several projects concurrently with frequent interruptions.

*Quickly adapt to change and maintain a positive, cooperative and professional attitude. Willingness to do whatever has to get done, even if it seems menial.

*Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

*Must be able to take quick notes, must be a quick learner and eager to learn and adapt.

*Ability to work with a team and/or independently, with minimal supervision.

*Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Yardi is a MUST.

*Maintenance procedures, creating work orders and follow through.

*Dependability, punctuality and a stable employment history required.

*Must have own transportation and a valid driver's license.

*Real Estate license is a plus.

Hours: M-F 9am-6pm. Some additional hours required, including occasional weekends.
