The purpose of this job is to create, build, and maintain relationships with prospective students. You will also promote out degree among high school students in order to reach established goals of prospective student tours booked per week and prospective student applications for admission received per week.

Other essential duties are as follows:

? Create, build, and maintain relationships with students through constant and consistent communication.
? Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe our degree programs, emphases, and summer program for high school students to persuade potential students to enroll.
? Maintain record of contact with students by recording notes in our database and add appropriate reminders as necessary. Continue to contact student as necessary in order to get a disposition. Use creative strategies including Google texting in order to reach students and get a disposition.
? Make a minimum of 16 outbound calls per day to prospective students.
? Spend a minimum of 120 minutes per day in telephone talk time speaking with prospective students.
? Reach established goal of generating a minimum of an average of 3 applications for admission submitted per week.
? Schedule appointments for private tours with a goal of 3 student tours scheduled per week. Follow established protocols for private tours regarding staff appointments.
? Meet with walk-in students when walk-ins occur.
? Attend and market our college programs at external events such as college fairs as directed by management.
? Assist with Saturday Open Houses as directed by management.
? Enter leads into the database as directed by management.
? Upload Vue leads to our outside student calling service based on established guidelines; review daily lead reports for lead disposition and take the apropriate action.
? Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership of the position; exploring ways to add value to the job and company.

Requirements for the Ideal Candidate are:
1) BS or BA degree (preferably in Film, but not required).
2) Prior Admissions, Education Administration and/or Marketing experience.
3) Good understanding of regulatory procedures and compliance.
4) Student focused and service oriented.
5) Extremely organized, detail oriented and analytical.
6) Strong communications, interpersonal and presentation skills.
7) Good proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Because this is a part time job for 30 hours per week, no benefits are offered. However this job has a possibility of going full time for the right candidate.
