Management Training Program

Your first exposure is an intensive 4 months of rotational assignments in one of our restaurants. Outstanding graduates of our training program can earn the General Manager title in just a few years, and many General Managers in our company earn over $200K per year. Training occurs in select cities in California, Miami, and New York City, with subsequent assignments in markets all across the country, making relocation flexibility a must for consideration.
