THE COMPANY
Cosmetic clinic chain corporate office and call center. We perform many different tasks such as answering phones, explaining about treatments, scheduling appointments, handling customer service, and calling vendors. You will learn a lot and become part of a great team with option to advance into managerial roles within our organization.
The pay starts at $11 per hour + monthly bonuses (details in interview).
THE POSITION
We offer 2 positions:
Full time position office administration position is 5 shifts during weekdays 8am to 4:30pm
Part time sales associate position will be 3 times per week morning or evening shifts including weekends. Great fit for current students)
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of computers (typing, word processing, Excel)
- Great time management skills
- looking for stable, long term employment and want to advance within the company
- Enjoys interacting with people over the phone and in the office
Preferred, but not a must:
- Some sales experience strongly preferred
- Experienced in office or clinic management
