Responsibilities include speaking with customers by phone and in person, receives orders, completes required tickets, tag and bag garments, ensures workflow, cashier handling duties, solicits sale of new or additional services, adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, acts as 2nd tier escalation for client issues. Good leadership skills and customer relationship building ability with a smile and positive attitude a must. Looking for a candidate with the education to be able to speak clearly, professionally and with proper grammar.

Required experience: 2 years dry cleaning experience. Provide resume and references
