Duties

We have a high energy, "all-hands-on-deck" culture where individuals may find themselves performing any number and combination of the following duties:

? Chat online with patients to address questions or issues
? Answer in-bound calls and spearhead the resolution of any patient issues
? Contact healthcare providers to secure copies of medical records
? Contact health insurance companies to confirm eligibility and benefits coverage
? Support insurance billing and collections activities
? Provide email support through professional email correspondence with patients

Qualifications and Experience

Our evaluation process will weight personal characteristics over experience. We will provide all necessary training. Prior healthcare experience is not required. However, the following qualifications will be considered positively when evaluating candidates:

? Degree from 4-year college or university (recent college graduates encouraged to apply)
? Experience in customer service environment (food service, retail, call center, etc.)
