DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? 25% of the job is to performs receptionist duties including but not limited to answering, screening, and directing calls on multi-line phone system; taking messages and/or forwarding telephone calls to appropriate employee, voice mail, or pager; meeting and greeting visitors.
? Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to scanning, filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
? Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming mail; prepares all outgoing mail and packages.
? Types and distributes internal and external correspondence as assigned.
? Sorts and files correspondence and other records.
? Responds to emails
? Orders office supplies as needed
? Performs other duties as assigned by the company.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
? Minimum of two years office experience.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Proficient with MS Office.
? Acute attention to detail.
? Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
? Strong organizational skills.
? May be asked to copy, file, enter data, and assemble reports
? Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:
? Sitting for up to 4 hours at a time.
? Ability to lift up to 12 pounds.
ADDITION INFORMATION:
Generally works in office. Will need to travel to bank, post office and accounting services on an as needed basis. Employee is required to have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a personal vehicle.
