Spa Receptionist/Manager (Long Beach/Naples)

Experienced Individual that is ready to join our team and grow with our Spa.
Looking for someone who is motivated and passionate about the Spa industry.

Your duties shall include:

Be responsible to oversee and manage the daily operations of the spa.
Providing excellent service to clients by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients upon arrival.
Maintain professional and impeccable spa environment for employees and clients.
Handling customer service issues.
Candidate must have a flexible work schedule/shifts and weekend shifts (Saturday's).

Experience required:

Sales experience in service/retail industry.
Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations and goals and delegate tasks.
Ability to effectively communicate expectations to staff and create winning a team. .
Proficiency in generating new clients and keeping good relations with current clients
Excellent motivator.

Ability to multi-task and handle a lot of customers at the same time.
Computer proficient
Polished and professional image
Previous sales or customer service experience REQUIRED
Self motivated to get work completed, detail oriented, able to follow detailed instructions
