"The reclassification of the three circles of Mumbai, Kolkata and Delhi for the 900 MHz also will take place," telecommunications Minister Kapil Sibal told reporters after the EGoM meeting in New Delhi.

The EGoM has agreed with the recommendation of the 900 MHz with two price TRAI times that of the 1800 MHz band.

"Decision on the pricing is taken by the EGoM. We will finalize the Cabinet. We will complete all auctions within this financial year, "said Sibal.

No decision has been taken today on the way forward for the CDMA or 800 MHz spectrum. There were no takers for this spectrum in auctions held in November.
