?About the Job:

Our clients are hiring in all areas of a startup business, including engineering, product, sales, marketing, business development, customer service and administration.? This is a great opportunity for a startup generalist who is eager to learn more about how companies work. ?We are looking for someone that loves talking on the phone to candidates, completing informational intakes, and is a great writer. ?

Responsibilities:

Speak with?top candidates for the company through multiple channels including web search, phone screens and email contact.Coordinate constantly changing calendars and stay highly organized amidst chaos.Work with management to develop new recruitment strategies and give feedback on what is and is not working.Quickly respond to numerous emails.

?Requirements:

2+ years of high tech recruiting experience is required.? You must have agency experience and/or experience recruiting for a high tech company.Strong technology know-how.? You understand what a Python engineer does and can source, filter and speak to candidates for this role with little or no direction.You must be intelligent, articulate and able to represent our clients to a wide range of candidates on both technical and non-technical concepts.Entrepreneurial, self-motivated with a passion for startupsExtroverted, outgoing and ready to talk on the phone -- a lot!Highly organized with expertise in all standard web/computer technologies (Google Docs, etc.)Excellent writing skills and attention to detail. ?You have a strong aversion to spelling errors and typos and feel super embarrassed when you make them.
