Job Description:

We provide valuable experiences, working under the supervision of our caring and well qualified staff, as a Behavioral Therapist with Autistic children in their home. This position includes implementing behavioral objectives using cutting edge applications. Our training program is based upon ABA principles and practices that teach positive reinforcement strategies.

We offer paid training in Behavioral Therapy, excellent potential for advancement and growth opportunities, and benefits.

We have part-time positions available (minimum 10 hours a week). All of our employees receive mileage reimbursement.

Job Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or other related field.

*Valid California drivers license and car insurance (driving is required).

*Experience with children OR as a behaviorist in applied behavior analysis and DTT.

*Bilingual/Spanish a plus.

*Management Experience also a Plus!

*Must be available to work in the afternoons.

*Preferable resident of San Fernando Valley

In addition, the position requires:

Pay rate for most areas starts at $15/hr, DOE. Flexible schedule, weekends also available. Must be available a minimum of 10 Hours/Week.
