KEY DUTIES
? Preparation of the general ledgers and reconciliation of accounts for several companies
? Development, implementation, and enhancement of accounting control procedures
? Preparation of reimbursement billings and tracking of accounts receivables
? Analyze general ledger accounts to ensure that transactions are recorded correctly
? Handle and reconcile intercompany transactions
? 1099 reporting and supervision of payroll through payroll processing company
? Other financial projects as directed by the management team
Qualifications:
? Must be skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data.
? Minimal of five years of bookkeeping experience in similar environment
? Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
? Must be highly skilled in use of Excel spreadsheets.
? Advanced knowledge of Quickbooks
? Must have good communication skills
? Excellent work habits.
