Assistant to perform (but not limited to) the following responsibilities:

• Answer phones; record messages accurately
• Set up open houses; prepare packages and schedule sitters
• Execute all "new listing" paperwork; and maintain all client files
• Coordinate weekly advertising and marketing
• Execute MLS and title research; assemble marketing packages
• Interact with office Transaction Coordinator and supervise Escrows
• Schedule appointments, showings and inspections
• Meet vendors / clients at properties
• Oversee website updating
• Attend showings / open houses on occasions
• Manage many projects and tasks at once

Requirements of the assistant:

California Real Estate License Required. If you are not licensed, you must be working towards getting your license within the next few months.

• Must have Administrative experience
• Must be well-organized, pay extra attention to detail
• Must possess strong written / oral communication abilities
• Must have the ability to learn quickly and work well under pressure
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize efficiently
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office / Internet savvy
• Must be highly motivated and maintain a positive attitude at all times
• Must be persistent with "follow-up"
• Must maintain a current CA Drivers License and have a reliable car

Must be available to start IMMEDIATELY.

This is a "hands-on" position. The individual administers the payroll functions, but does not supervise any staff-members or co-workers.
