Receptionist for a National Moving Company (W. Los Angeles, CA)
We are seeking a Full Time receptionist with front office duties for a large, well-established service company in Santa Monica.

We have an immediate opening for a Part-Time Receptionist with Front Office duties.

Reporting to executive management, we are looking for the ideal candidate with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, great work ethic, and a desire to help.

Must know Microsoft Office suite programs, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must be highly organized, thorough, detail oriented, and flexible

Experience with multi-line phones is essential
Primary receptionist duties including answering phones, screening and transferring calls, and taking messages.

Routing of incoming confidential/time sensitive items.
Background filing, faxing, copying, scanning, mail distribution, and general support
Ordering and stocking of various office and related supplies
Prepare files, process paperwork and provide key information to the sales department
Maintain the cleanliness of reception area and conference rooms.
Mailroom responsibilities, including receiving, sorting and delivering all incoming mail.
Previous reception or front office experience is required.
One weekend day required weekly.
