Job Duties & Responsibilities
? General Admin Support
? Develop, produce and distribute "in house" submittals
? Call/obtain utility data at job inception
? Manage outside submittals from vendors and subcontractors
? Obtain traffic plans and permits, generator permits, electrical permits
? Obtain and transmit O & M Manuals (us, subs, and vendors) along with spare parts from others
? Obtain and track Asbuilts, warranties (us and subs)
? Follow/track delayed and missing materials
? Obtain data on specialty items
? Work on material return (P.O., items) -- process and follow-up to assure credit issued
? Work with freight damage/claim items
? Assist Project Manager with follow up communications as requested (phone calls, emails, memos, etc.)
? Assist with Change Order pricing when requested
? Perform light fixture recounts/detailing as requested
? Enter and update logs as requested
? Assist in obtaining plans and specs as requested
? Assist with releases as requested
? Life and carry plan documents, paper rolls and other materials as needed (up to 30lbs.)
? At least 3 to 5 years experience performing a wide varied of administrative duties for a work group in the construction industry
? Intermediate to advanced skills in Work, Excel and Outlook
? Experience with Timberline data entry/Report or equivalent experience a plus
? Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
? Strong communication skills -- verbal and written
? Strong willingness to assist the PMG and be held accountable for results

Position Summary:
Maintain client relations and oversee all site rig operations.
Responsibilities:
The core areas of accountability include but are not limited to:
Oversee Rig Operations (i.e., Supplies, Equipment, Rig Moves, Permits, Rig Inspections, etc.), and supervise crew, ensuring compliance with all industry standards, North Dakota regulatory requirements, and Concord Loss Preventionand safety standards and protocols.
Maintain profitability of rigs and develop strategic working relationships with clients
Support the hiring process to crew both rigs, organize manpower, and organize crew training, development and orientation; ensure crew certifications are up to date, maintain good employee relations and discipline as necessary
Investigate, report and follow up on all events and incidents, and identify and implement solutions to problems
Record and report daily site activities and maintain rig records for inventory, maintenance, safety, etc.
Qualifications:
Technical
Must have a valid Driver's License. CDL preferred, but not required.
Requires 5+ years experience as a rig manager
Demonstrated competency in all service rig operations
Previous Horizontal, and Deep Hole experience helpful
Previous Computer experience in ETS (Windows, Email, etc) preferred
Safety certifications as per company policy and/or industry standards (including H2S, First Aid, Fall Protection, Rig Rescue, WS-BOP, AB/BC Boiler Certification (preferred), Preventative Maintenance, Environmental Waste Management, Confined Space, Gas Detection, GODI). Company will assist in obtaining certifications as per company policy and/or industry standard

Performs all duties above the floor, operates the pump and tank, work on the catwalk when moving pipe on or off the ground.

Physical Requirements:
This position is physically demanding. Incumbent is required to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects on regular basis and do repetitive tasks.
