Position Requires:
High school diploma.
5 years experience working with microsoft office products.
5 years experience emailing through microsoft Outlook.
2 years working in an office environment.
*Attention to Detail.
Organized.
Efficient.
Punctual.

1) Data Entry - input all accounts into our computer software throughout the day.

2) Account filing - responsible for maintaining account files.

3) Creating systems - responsible for compiling and organizing reports.

4) Digital format - responsible for receiving inbound emails and sorting the information for data entry.

5) Assistant to owner and managers - checking voicemail's daily, running reports as requested and other misc tasks.

6) Light book keeping

7) Answering phones

8) Filling regularly

9) Calling Customers

10) Assisting with Ebay and Amazon customer service as well as listings

11) Taking phone orders

Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5pm

Starting $10 per hour. $12.00 After 45 days of start date. 90 day evaluation.
potential for full-time after 90 days.
