We are currently looking for experienced PV Installers to join our fast growing family.
PV System Installer
Responsibilities Include:
? Locating the structural roof members and installing feet and flashings
? Installing racking and solar array components
? Working with journeymen to complete site pre-wiring and grounding
Basic Qualifications:
? Previous solar installation experience needed (or schooling)
? Full dexterity in upper and lower body
? Any construction related experience a preferred (roofing, electrical, plumbing, etc)
? Ability to work in various positions including, but not limited to: stooping, standing, bending, sitting, kneeling, squatting, on ladders, and in attic areas for extended periods of time
? Be able to lift, push and pull materials and equipment to complete required tasks
? Ability to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday
An ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

? Clean driving record is a must
? Strong documentation skills
? Professional appearance and client interaction

Responsibilities
? Sales of residential solar electric systems and energy efficiency services.
? Closing deals and signing contracts at client homes.
? Ability to be a successful first-time closer.
? Utilizing online tools and conducting preliminary site evaluations to develop an initial system design. The design is primarily used to provide the customer with a visual example of how a solar system will look in his/her home.
? Analysis of customer's current and projected electrical usage and financial return on investment.
? Must have a clear understanding of sales cycle, contract agreements and be able to explain and review agreements to close customers.
? Loyal, reliable, responsible and committed to reach personal and company goals.

Hours: 3:00pm until 8:30pm Monday thru Thursday. 20 Hours a week to start. PART TIME ONLY.
Salary: $13-15 to start PLUS bonuses, there is a minimal training period of 10 days
