CG Modeler (Rancho Dominguez, CA)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Photorealistic 3D modeling automobile components.
* Modify existing assets to meet current needs.
* Organizing CG assets according to strict specification guide.
* Participate in planning and improvement meetings.
* Participate in Quality Assurance review of each model.
* Expected to exhibit flexibility to perform additional assignments as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Knowledge:
* Experience in Hard Surface Modeling.
* Basic understanding of texturing/UV and shading.
* Vast experience with 3D applications such as Maya.
* Proficiency in Photoshop.
* Basic understanding of the Internet required.
Abilities:
* Ability to create photo-realistic model components.
* Ability to work within a pre-existing 3D pipeline workflow.
* Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
* Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment.
* Ability to organize and prioritize high-demand projects.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
* A combination of formal training and experience providing expertise in 3D model building.
* Experience or interest in Auto Industry a plus.

Requirements
At least 23 years of age
CDL Class A
Valid TWIC Card
At least 12 months driving experience
Safe driving record (MVR and previous employment)
