This is a fantastic opportunity for a Drilling Supervisor / Well Site Leader to work for a global leading Oil and Gas company. Drilling Supervisors act as a pivotal role in leading all activity, HSE, operations and logistics at the well site.
The Role
As the Drilling Supervisor, you'll be accountable for supervising offshore / onshore drilling, completion and workover operations at rig sites. Whilst the majority of the work will be offshore at the rig site, some time may also be required to undertake operations planning and reviews. You'll ensure that all well site drilling and completions activities are carried out in compliance with company practices along with appropriate legislative requirements. Additionally you'll drive continuous improvements through and will coach individuals to enhance their contributions to performance. You'll also monitor all wells personnel and materials movements to ensure that there are no delays.
You
Ideally you'll be educated to a degree or HND level within a relevant discipline or you'll have the equivalent relevant experience within an Engineering role. You'll have enjoyed previous success in a Drilling Supervisor role and demonstrated competence in well design for drilling activities. You'll have experience with operation and safety program issues and you'll have had experience of working with third party providers. You'll be competent with landmark well engineering software packages such as DMIS/Openwells, Wellplan and will have previous experience of drilling for an operator. You'll ideally have an IWCF Well Control certificate.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading Oil and Gas operator. As a Completions Supervisor you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of all new completions and the abandonment of existing completions in sites in Offshore West Africa. You will be responsible for providing the technical lead in the abandonment and completions operations phase.
The project work programme will including pulling the existing completion, installing OHGP and upper completion, working to depths of around 400ft.
Key duties in the role will include:
Supervising the completion contractor activities including preparation activities, compliance with temporary equipment checks etc.
Ensuring operations are efficiently planned and carried out.
Ensuring compliance of rig based activities with well programmes and appropriate company procedures including generating daily work instructions.
Providing a day to day communication link between completion management and the location.
Management and reporting the performance of the completion operations services on technical, commercial, operational efficiency & SHE.
Be proactive in the management and coordination of the operations and service providers, utilising pre-job meetings, Active Monitoring, Tool Box Talks & Time Out For Safety as appropriate to ensure that all personnel are aware of the operational objectives and key areas of concern or risk.
Assessing areas for improvement and recording lessons learnt for future activities (key actions recorded on Det@il).
Monitoring and analysis of rig performance, providing feedback on areas of potential improvement.

Maintaining appropriate records and reports as required by the Company and legislation.
Assessing the execution of all aspects of the completion activities.
Preparing end of well completions reports at the request of the Completions Engineer.
Inspecting and supervising the preparation of completions equipment (onshore) to requirements at suppliers location ensuring design criteria met, QA maintenance etc. as defined by the Completion Engineer or Superintendent.
Verifying equipment and supplies to the satisfaction of the Company and the specification ordered.
Execution and Manage abandonment and completion operations.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the programme, and where changes are required ensure correct use of company's management of change approval system.
Responsible for preparing Well Handover Documents.
You will have previous experience of Barge and Subsea Completions, as well as Sand Control Completions.
A valid IWCF Drilling certificate is required. You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work in remote locations, and to evaluate technology, equipment and opportunities to optimise completion operations. There will be a requirement to work both onshore (preparation, mobilisation and post job wrap-up) and offshore (operations and demob) depending on the rig schedule.

The Shift Operations Supervisor has the responsibility to:
* Understand the entire facility and manage its operation in a safe and efficient manner.

The Background
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Drilling Supervisor / Well Site Leader to work for a global leading Oil and Gas company. Drilling Supervisors act as a pivotal role in leading all activity, HSE, operations and logistics at the well site.
The Role
As the Drilling Supervisor, you'll be accountable for supervising offshore / onshore drilling, completion and workover operations at rig sites. Whilst the majority of the work will be offshore at the rig site, some time may also be required to undertake operations planning and reviews. You'll ensure that all well site drilling and completions activities are carried out in compliance with company practices along with appropriate legislative requirements. Additionally you'll drive continuous improvements through and will coach individuals to enhance their contributions to performance. You'll also monitor all wells personnel and materials movements to ensure that there are no delays.
You
Ideally you'll be educated to a degree or HND level within a relevant discipline or you'll have the equivalent relevant experience within an Engineering role. You'll have enjoyed previous success in a Drilling Supervisor role and demonstrated competence in well design for drilling activities. You'll have experience with operation and safety program issues and you'll have had experience of working with third party providers. You'll be competent with landmark well engineering software packages such as DMIS/Openwells, Wellplan and will have previous experience of drilling for an operator. You'll ideally have an IWCF Well Control certificate.

Offshore Production Supervisor
Offshore North Sea - 2on/3off rota
£negotiable
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading oil and gas operator, as Offshore Production Supervisor you will monitor and control all hydrocarbon production and utility systems ensuring that production targets are achieved.
Duties and Responsibilities:-
Ensure that all production operations are executed in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the Safety Management System and in compliance with the production target set
Co-ordinate activities relating to Hydrocarbon processing, water injection and utility systems in accordance with SMS and associated procedures
Liaison / communication with onshore Production Engineer on production issues and with onshore operations engineers on production and water injection process issues
As Permit to Work Controller, ensure the effective administration of the Permit to Work System
Troubleshooting as required and recovering from production outages as they occur (providing 24 hour call out assistance as required)
Closely monitor results of analysis ensuring optimal chemical usage and compliance with environmental policy
Direct and control platform operations on start-up, or in the event of process upset, to minimise the loss of production
Facilitate the execution of all platform maintenance work by maintaining close contact with Discipline Supervisors
Ensure that all plant, processes and equipment are functioning efficiently, with any failure of safety critical elements to meet performance standards being reported immediately to the OIM.
Consult with the OIM and advise him on a regular basis on all matters concerning plant, process, equipment and personnel
Consult with onshore Operations Engineer on any operational concerns
Provide full logs and reports on handover and information on a shift by shift back to back basis to ensure the best flow of information and experience
The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of offshore production and utility systems and appropriate project management experience. You will be ideally be degree qualified (or equivalent) in a related engineering discipline, and must be able to demonstrate relevant operational experience in a similar role.
