Technical Expert – Your background should be in aerospace testing at the component level. Previous history with design and build of system level test rigs (e.g. Iron Birds) is highly beneficial. This experience typically cannot be gained in less than 7-10 years of total experience.

Outstanding communicator – You will be communicating to all levels of the organization as well as external customers and must be comfortable and well versed in all forms of communication.

Multitasking Specialist – you will be continually challenged with multiple demands and must be able to coordinate daily tasks along with urgent needs that arise as a natural part of doing business.

Requirements:
* 4+ years of relevant professional experience (agency experienced preferred but not required)
* Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
* Innovative design and typographic skills
* Ability to art direct and collaborate with other designers
* Participate in strategy meetings to translate business strategy into creative concepts
* Must be comfortable presenting creative concepts to clients
* Must follow web technology and trends (mobile UX, HTML5, parallax, responsive design)
* Fundamental understanding of the technical aspects of web design including file size limitations, transparency issues, file type strategies, optimization, browser limitations, etc.
* Experience/expertise in large e-commerce websites, mobile apps, social networking sites, banner ads, email marketing, and social media profiles and applications/widgets is preferred
* Mobile app design experience is a plus but not required.
* Must be looking for an in-office Mon - Fri position (reasonable flexibility and other perks are provided)

We're looking for a graphic or web designer/illustrator with a good understanding of graphic design principles (e.g. page layout, color theory, typography) to join our team. You should be proactive and artistic, eager to help us define our image and our culture. You'll be directly working with our Marketing and Web team creating awesome visuals from web pages to advertising campaigns, illustrations and banners.

Necessary skills/attributes:
- Highly proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Proficiency with Adobe Flash is a plus
- Good understanding of user-centric web design and current with the potential and limitations of the latest web technologies and techniques (e.g. HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Web Design, Mobile Apps)

- Always ahead of the curve on the current and best UI and visual design practices and trends
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
