2. SIX years MINIMUM ADMINISTRATIVE or OM experience working in the fashion /accessories, movie, any design or creative industry!
3. EXCELLENT- COMPUTER SKILLS - TYPE 55 WPM, ACT, DATA MGT, MS SUITE, INTERNET, CONSTANT CONTACT
4. SUPER ORGANIZED -
5. EXCELLENT PRESENTATION
6. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATIONS - CORRESPONDENCE, TELEPHONE, IN PERSON
7 - EXCELLENT FOLLOW -UP and DETAIL
8. SELF MOTIVATED- SELF STARTER - INDEPENDENT WORKER

SKILLS AND WORK YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE AT PAST EMPLOYMENT!

MANAGE THE OFFICE ( if you are not sure what that means - do not apply)
work with logistics - fedx, ups,
follow up with VENDORS
Follow up with CLIENTS
Keep files organized - when the boss asks where it is - YOU KNOW THE ANSWER!
Work with bookkeeper to make sure all bills are paid ( and not double paid)
Track projects in production
Interface with marketing/advertising group

TROUBLE SHOOT -
telephone goes boink- don;t ask - FIX it!
Internet goes - down - make the call!
a package is missing - track it down!!!
