We have an immediate opening for an energetic and motivated intern interested in getting hands on experience under the supervision of industry leading professionals. Responsibilities would include direct support to Head of Acquisitions and the in-house Sales Agent. Primary duties would include analysis of markets and initial investments, preliminary underwriting and determining acquisition candidates, researching comparables and assisting in the acquisition, rehabilitation and re-sale processes.

Qualifications:
- Strong verbal, math and written communication skills.
- Must be self-motivated and have good judgment.
- Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Must have great research skills and be resourceful.
- Must be detail-oriented and extremely organized.
- Ability to work quickly and be flexible in a fast paced, entrepreneurial company.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Experience and/or exposure to residential real estate, preferred
- Experienced working with MS Excel and financial analysis, preferred
- 3 - 5 days at 15-20 hours per week, preferred.

Learning Objectives:
- Learn to prepare and analyze market research reports to track submarkets of particular interest.
- Understand the market research necessary to make investment decisions.
- Learn how to review, interpret and analyze financial statements.
- Gain knowledge in assembling debt and equity investment packages.
- Conduct market research for attractive acquisition opportunities
- Visit properties to understand the duties involved in construction management.
- Work with various city offices, district courts and numerous banks and attorneys to aid in daily business administration.

These positions are open to both graduate and undergraduate students. These are unpaid internships, however may have bonus compensation potential (to be discussed).

CCI rejects complaint against market abuse DLF in Chennai
