SUMMARY
Perform real-time monitoring of customer calls and review/ evaluation of recorded client calls to the departments within the Service Delivery Organization to ascertain quality is within company's standards. Mentor and provide guidance to individual associates in utilizing new techniques to better serve customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

?Monitors real time and recorded client calls for quality and adherence to QCS standards/ guidelines and provide written constructive feedback to the associate for each call.
?Reviews call reports for quality assurance and provide guidance in order to enhance client call handling.
?Organizes and maintains documentation for Service Quality Observation tracking (Excel charts and Witness folders).
?Provides regular on-the-spot training on QCS products and "best practices" in customer service.
?Facilitates one-on-one and group training programs.
?Participate in the creation and modification of training materials for customer service
?Performs follow up calls to clients on unresolved or mishandled customer interactions.
?Evaluates current quality assurance processes and makes recommendations for improvement
?Applies voice of the customer (VOC) to improve customer service throughout Service Delivery Organization.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
?High School Degree or equivalent required.
?College or technical degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
?1-2 years customer service experience in a call center environment.
?1-2 years or help desk or technical support experience preferred.

Required Skills and Abilities:

?Ability to provide individualized Reviews
?Exceptional multitasking ability..
?Strong time management skills.
?Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Looking for a answer backed up with (API) rules as well as experiences for the following:

We will be using the following stacks:
29-1/2" 500 PSI
21-1/4" 2K
13-5/8" 10K

The last two stacks will have drilling spools installed, both with 4-1/16" outlets

The 21-1/4" spool has 4-1/16" 5K outlets
The 13-5/8" spool has 4-1/16" 10K outlets

The pressure control spools will be connected to these outlets. We have both 5K and 10K sets. Also we have the crossover DSA to connect the 10K valves to the 5K outlets of the 21-1/4" spool.

Now the question:

Can we use 10K valves connected to the 21-1/4" stack with a DSA 4-1/16" 5K x 10K?

I have heard several reasons why not to do it as well as reasons to do it and why it would not be a unsafer situation.

I appreciate your comments and experiences.

Genel Takes Control of Miran Block

Genel Energy has announced that it will take an extra 49 percent of the Miran Block in Iraqi Kurdistan as repayment for a $294 million loan issued in August to Heritage Oil.

The company previously acquired a 26 percent working interest in the Miran Block from Heritage on 23 August 2012, taking its current holding in the block to 51 per cent. Following the Exchange Repayment and subsequent acquisition, Genel Energy will own 100 per cent of the Miran Block (75 per cent working interest post KRG back-in right) and will be the sole operator.

Tony Buckingham, Chief Executive Officer of Heritage Oil, commented:

“The divestment of our remaining 49% interest in Miran will allow Heritage to monetise the asset at an attractive valuation and the total proceeds will have funded a significant part of the completed acquisition of OML 30 in Nigeria. Completion of these transactions will provide Heritage with a balanced portfolio of assets generating cash flow from production which will assist with work programmes on high impact exploration whilst allowing the Company to continue considering further opportunities.“

Shares in Heritage closed the day down 1.7 percent, with Genel down 0.3 percent.
