Job Title: Medical Appointment Schedulers Duties/Responsibilities: Greet and schedule patients on the phone for MRI exams Collect and verify demographic and insurance information Enter all data into the information system and update patient files, according to Scheduling department protocols Provide information to patients regarding financial policies, registration requirements, etc. Ensure that patient waiting areas are clean and maintained Ensure that patient needs are met to include transportation as necessary, interpreters, scheduling of appointments Perform clerical duties as assigned by supervisor. Dacono's three medical marijuana dispensaries are suing to stay open.
On Friday, a lawyer for Dacono Meds, MaryJane's Medicinal and Green Medicals (formerly The Green Door) asked the Weld County District Court to block the city's ban of marijuana-related businesses. Without legal protection, all three will have to leave town after Dec. 31.
The Dacono City Council passed the ban in June by a 4-2 vote, but a petition drive by the dispensaries put the ban on the ballot. That means Dacono residents will vote in 2013 on whether the ban lives or dies. But the petition couldn't change the dispensaries' deadline, and an attempt to extend the drop-dead date until after the special election failed on a 4-3 City Council vote.

QUALIFICATIONS -Business Management /Marketing (Diploma, degree) -Medical qualifications at least to SRN/SEN/Paramedic level
EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCE -Experience of managing Operating accounts -Prior experience of medical support in remote locations -Contract management experience
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE -Medical administration
