Houston business attorneys can help local companies fend off spurious lawsuits

by Stibbs & Co., P.C. on December 17, 2012

Houston-based SITA Oil Exploration House forged the "guarantee" documents now at the center of a lawsuit brought against Amegy Bank of Texas by Thailand's Minister of Energy, the bank's lawyers alleged in Harris County Court.

Expanding Law Firm Seeking Local Partner (California)

Date: 2012-12-16, 4:59AM PSTReply to: see below Radner Law Group PLLC is a law firm organized in Michigan. We are currently seeking to expand to other states. Specifically, we are looking for local attorneys with whom we can partner to offer debt mediation legal services in other states. Expanding operations to offer other legal services in the near future is also part of the general plan.

We provide debt settlement legal services to our clients. We exclusively contracted a marketing company, 800 Zero Debt LLC, to market and advertise our legal services, as well as give us the rights to the phone number 800-Zero-Debt, which is an excellent marketing tool.

There are some in this industry who provide less than exceptional legal services; that is unacceptable for us. We provide our clients with the highest level of legal services possible, and always abide by all ethical and regulatory rules. We actually have two ethics attorneys on retainer, who ensure that everything we do is above and beyond what is merely required by law.

Our ideal partner is:
-Somewhat experienced in the areas of bankruptcy and/or debt settlement
-Operating his/her own solo or small practice
-Ambitious enough to recognize a good opportunity when it presents itself
- Willing and able to provide us with a local address that will be used as the local address for Radner Law Group PLLC
-WILLING AND ABLE TO BEGIN JANUARY 1, 2013

The benefits our partner will receive include:
-Compensation per client that enrolls in our debt program in your state
-Growth of your client base for other legal services you wish to offer your clients in your state
-Possible marketing of other legal services in the near future
-Free debt settlement legal services marketing (meaning we will cover the marketing, malpractice insurance, and other incidental expenses that come with offering debt mediation legal services)

The duties of our local partner will include:
-Reviewing the Client Retainer to ensure it is lawful and ethical in your particular state, prior to us offering legal services in your state
-Providing supervision to the paralegals concerning our clients in your state (including how to respond to potential clients' lawsuits, etc.)
-Providing legal services as described in our Client Retainer
-The above services should not require our local partner to work more than 5-10 hours per month

Local Trucking Jobs

Local Trucking Jobs - Jobs In Trucking #serendipity_banner { background-image: url(/uploads/bgHeader.jpg); background-position: left top; background-repeat: no-repeat; } Skip to blog entries Skip to archive page Skip to left sidebar Skip to right sidebar
Home CDL Info How to Get Trucking Jobs Types of Trucking Jobs Local Trucking Jobs Jobs In Trucking Thursday, November 10. 2011 Local Trucking Jobs Local trucking jobs are very important because they assist in the development of the economy and a driver’s local community. About 95% of all items that you have in your home were at one time or the other driven somewhere by a truck driver. Local trucking jobs are important because they offer an opportunity to provide a vital service to the community while maintaining the ability to return home on a nightly basis.

Local truck driving jobs involve the delivery of goods between different communities. These trucking jobs are not too demanding because they do not require a driver to leave his or her general area, so the driver is not required to spend a night away from his or her family. Companies delivering packages to businesses and houses regularly employ local truck drivers. They are also known as delivery and pickup drivers. Local truck drive work alone most of the time, but in certain cases where they have large packages or sensitive materials to deliver, they may require helpers to render assistance in offloading and loading the items. The drivers may also handle cash, paperwork, or some other important information relating to the delivery.

There are several tips that will assist drivers who are looking to find local truck driving jobs:

Most of the time local truck drivers operate trucks that weigh an excess of 26,001 pounds which means they are mandated by law to obtain their CDL certification.
A driver should have important certifications for a local driving job if it involves the handling of hazardous materials, oversized loads, or specialized vehicles. These certifications are not required for every truck driver, but if a driver’s job involves any of these hauls, he must stay up to date on these changes in the transportation industry.
An average company hiring a local truck driver pays about $15.45 per hour. A driver may earn much more than this depending on his employer, routes, and the type of packages that he will be handling. In addition to the basic pay, a driver can also earn overtime for extra work done outside of normal working hours. There are also special rates, which can reach about $23.20 during holiday delivery times.
Truck drivers who are the most qualified have the easiest time finding employment. Local driving jobs are some of the most competitive, but they offer rewards such as the opportunity to spend every night at home with your family.
There are several rules that a driver should follow if he wants to be successful performing a local driving job:

A driver should never use a cell phone when driving.
A driver should always watch his speed.
He should make use of the techniques of smooth merging when facing entrance lamps.
He should always be careful when you are traveling through any construction zone.
e.A good truck driver always communicates with his fellow truck drivers, especially concerning road conditions like traffic jams, detours, construction zones and delays caused by bad weather or accidents. This keeps him up to date on speed traps, and helps the driver move around traffic when necessary.
