This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading Oil and Gas operator. As a Completions Supervisor you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of all new completions and the abandonment of existing completions in sites in Offshore West Africa. You will be responsible for providing the technical lead in the abandonment and completions operations phase.

The project work programme will including pulling the existing completion, installing OHGP and upper completion, working to depths of around 400ft.

Key duties in the role will include:
Supervising the completion contractor activities including preparation activities, compliance with temporary equipment checks etc.
Ensuring operations are efficiently planned and carried out.
Ensuring compliance of rig based activities with well programmes and appropriate company procedures including generating daily work instructions.
Providing a day to day communication link between completion management and the location.
Management and reporting the performance of the completion operations services on technical, commercial, operational efficiency & SHE.
Be proactive in the management and coordination of the operations and service providers, utilising pre-job meetings, Active Monitoring, Tool Box Talks & Time Out For Safety as appropriate to ensure that all personnel are aware of the operational objectives and key areas of concern or risk.
Assessing areas for improvement and recording lessons learnt for future activities (key actions recorded on Det@il).
Monitoring and analysis of rig performance, providing feedback on areas of potential improvement.
Coordinating with service providers the preparation, testing, tallying, checking of completions equipment and rental services.
Being aware of high cost services and ensuring that they are utilised efficiently.
Maintaining appropriate records and reports as required by the Company and legislation.
Assessing the execution of all aspects of the completion activities.
Preparing end of well completions reports at the request of the Completions Engineer.
Inspecting and supervising the preparation of completions equipment (onshore) to requirements at suppliers location ensuring design criteria met, QA maintenance etc. as defined by the Completion Engineer or Superintendent.
Verifying equipment and supplies to the satisfaction of the Company and the specification ordered.
Execution and Manage abandonment and completion operations.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the programme, and where changes are required ensure correct use of company's management of change approval system.
Responsible for preparing Well Handover Documents.

You will have previous experience of Barge and Subsea Completions, as well as Sand Control Completions.
A valid IWCF Drilling certificate is required. You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work in remote locations, and to evaluate technology, equipment and opportunities to optimise completion operations. There will be a requirement to work both onshore (preparation, mobilisation and post job wrap-up) and offshore (operations and demob) depending on the rig schedule.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading worldwide provider of professional services to the energy, resource, and complex process industries.

In this role, you will play a major role in the structural engineering and design of brownfield work for large modules/topsides for offshore oil & gas platform facilities. You will take a hands-on role in the design and analysis of structures as well as providing supervision/guidance and coordination to junior engineers and designers.

You will have previous experience in the engineering of decks and modular units for offshore oil & gas platforms, including the design and analysis of topsides, appurtenances and related secondary structures.
You will also have experience with and be familiar with SACS, AISC APR RP2A (WSD & LRFD) softwares and processes applicable to offshore structural designs. You will have full knowledge of analyses for Inpace, Loadout, Transportation, & Lift and will also be familiar with offshore engineering/fabrication practices and trends.

You will be degree qualified in Civil/Structural engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Professional Engineer is preferable, along with offshore experience ideally on Canadian offshore projects.

Quality Controller required for one of the leading sunsea engineering companies, who design and manufacture innovative new subsea technology.
Experience required:
*Degree qualified
*Ability to read drawings using Pro/E, Autodesk Inventor and/or AutoCAD
*The QC Engineer shall be computer literate
*Ability to organize and efficiently process information
*Attention to detail
*Team player
*Fast learner Understanding of basic oilfield manufacturing requirements (materials, processes, pressures, tolerances and certification)
*Experience in QC, Manufacturing processes, and the assembly/testing of oilfield equipment
*Familiar with Pressure testing, lifting operations and assembly workshop activities.
*Familiar with dimensional control equipment.
*Auditing skills
Ideally, you will have a degree from a red brick university and have experience within oilfield / oil & gas industries within a Quality control environment. You will also have some knowledge of high tolerance, pressure testing and assembly, You should be able to perform a variety of tasks QC, assembly, manufacturing, supplier control, material certification and internal auditing
