This job is an amazing opportunity for someone who loves beauty/aesthetic surgery, guiding patients through the surgical journey, has entrepreneurial instincts, and thinks big. The position is very diverse. It follows the patient from start to finish. Then, it requires that you assess what the patients needs are and express them in writing. This would include web articles/blogs/marketing/etc.

The candidate must have strong front and back office organization skills, experience in web writing, and passion for beauty/plastic surgery. This position has unique requirements and will require on the job training to learn the common cosmetic surgery procedures. You will be expected to learn each procedure inside and out so that you can gain the confidence of each patient. This will allow you to essentially become an extension of the plastic surgeon.

This is a CAREER position with a high ceiling from both a financial and personal satisfaction standpoint. It has considerable room for growth. Your pay advancement is based on how valuable you are to the practice. Please read the requirements carefully.

Job Description:
1) Manage cosmetic surgery patients throughout their entire surgical journey.
This includes all aspects of patient care and office management. You must have a keen eye for beauty and a passion for patient happiness. You must exude confidence and attention to detail to become virtual extension of plastic surgeon.

2) Assist in local anesthesia cosmetic surgery procedures. This involves hands-on participation, dealing with blood and sterilizing instruments. You must have the ability to recognize what needs to be done and make sure it gets done. This means doing whatever it takes to make sure things are moving safely, efficiently, and with visible professionalism.

3) Write web articles. This is the area that separates this position from virtually all others. Two thirds of this position is medical. The other one third is taking the experiences learned in the medical portion and putting them into interesting articles/blogs/social media/marketing material/etc. For this reason, strong writing skills are a must. Experience in web writing, blogging, or other forms of journalism is required. You must be computer savvy and adapt at writing related software such as Microsoft office and photo management software.

4) Must be creative and think BIG with friendly personality.

Pay structure
The creative portion of this position allows pay rates to be higher than normal nursing rates. The pay structure is set up to maximize your creativity and nursing capabilities. Unlike other nursing positions, the pay can increase significantly depending on the value you bring.
Initial salary is $80-90k per year. Transition to $100-120+k per year will occur depending on your ability, experience, and energy. If your social media skills are remarkable, you may be offered ownership in the social media aspect of the business and/or further pay raises/bonuses.
Free plastic surgery is offered after 3 months of employment.
