? A thorough knowledge of equipment, mostly including high pressure washing equipment, electrical, mechanical and small engine equipment including gas and diesel plus electric motors of all voltages.
? Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all types of small engine equipment
? Handle basic maintenance and repairs on pressure washing equipment portable and trailer units and coordinate a quotation to customer. Once approved parts ordering if necessary repairs and billing.
? The ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment with accuracy and speed, create effective working relationships with employees to communicate both verbally and in writing is essential.
? Maintain and repair equipment in field as needed
? Must have fork lift experience
? Must be experienced with various shop tools including welders, cutting torches, grinders and have skills in fabrication.
? Must be able to maintain written or computerized equipment maintenance records and prioritize work.
? Must own and maintain all hand tools to use while performing duties.
? Responsible for organizing and maintaining shop area.
? Safely assist with loading and unloading of equipment as needed
? Maintain accurate records
? Supply part description and numbers for ordering of all parts.
Qualifications:
? Must have 3 -5 years experience or have an equivalent combination of education and experience
? High School Diploma or equivalent
? Must have clean driving history and valid CA drivers license
? Must be a self-starter and have stable work history
? Must be willing to work some weekends
? Must be familiar with the safe operation of all equipment and be able to instruct others on the use of the equipment.
? A working knowledge of safety practices and procedures while making mechanical repairs is essential.
