Cost Analyst (Pomona, CA)

Job Requirement
? Quickly gain an understanding of data requests (scope and purpose) and to produce accurate and useful reports.
? Work independently with strong initiative.

? Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, at all organizational levels.
? Work cooperatively and effectively on group projects.
? Cross-train and back up other areas of the department.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields
? 1-3 years experience in the E-Commerce field (eBay or Amazon preferred)
? 1-3 years experience in cost control or analysis
? Must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment with both short-term and long-term deadlines.
Knowledge of:
? Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
? Principles and practices of cost management, E-Commerce systems, data analysis, statistical modeling required. Business operational ratio a plus.
? Techniques and methods of preparing statistical and financial reports. Ability to analyze financial statements a plus.\

Warehouse and Customer Service Clerk (Pomona, Ca)

The primary duties for this position will be to answer customer service questions, resolve order-related issues and process returns. Additional duties are listed below.

-Answering customer telephone calls, e-mails and taking new orders
-Resolving customer issues and providing other general customer service support
-Retrieving, packing, shipping and processing orders and returns
-Manage inbound and outbound shipments including RMAs and new items/ supplies
-Quality control, checking outbound orders for accuracy
-Warehouse stocking, managing inventory and other general warehouse duties
-Responsible for keeping warehouse processing and work areas clean

-Strong writing and communication skills
-Able to multi-task and prioritize
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Intermediate PC, keyboard and data entry skills
-Experience with UPS Worldship and other shipping programs not required but a plus
-Must be able to work in a high volume, fast-paced, environment
