Produce visually appealing and good tasting foods to SPOT 3 Bar & Grill standards off the grill station for Lunch, Happy Hours, and Dinner. Prepare, season, and cook meats, fish, deep fried items or other foodstuffs as required. Take customer orders and prepare food as ordered.

Qualifications:
? 2 years providing excellent one on one customer service.
? Must be able to communicate with others to convey information effectively.
? Must be able to communicate in English with customers.
? Recent graduate okay, must have a creative mind

- Part Time or full time ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER:

- Must have at least 2 years' experience as a manager in a fast paced, high volume restaurant
- Experience with restaurant specific computer programs/software

Job Description:

The Educational Coordinator has two main areas of responsibility:

1) Provide high-quality administrative support across all areas of Tutor Corps (TC) and The Tutor Corps Foundation (TCF).
2) Manage TCF Community Service Grants, Scholarships for Young Women, Teacher of the Year award and Fall tutor placement at the Boys and Girls Clubs of San Francisco.

The Educational Coordinator works with the CEO, Education Director, Tutor Services Manager and Outreach Director to provide general support for operations, projects and programs. The position responsibilities include general administrative support, paying invoices, office management, project management, editing online and printed marketing materials, executing of seasonal marketing campaigns (e.g. newsletters, holiday cards, etc), and communicating with clients and tutors as necessary.

This position requires the utmost professionalism, a strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent writing and proofreading skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Educational Coordinator is proactive, self-motivated and can work well autonomously. This position reports to the CEO.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
- Minimum of 1-2 years work experience in an office environment
- Experience in office management and administrative services
- Proficiency with Apple/Mac operating system and multiple software programs
including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Doc/Apps, database and records management. Understanding of ZOHO CRM and HTML coding a plus

Skills/Experience:
-Strong writing, copy editing and proofreading skills
-Strong organization skills; ability multi-task and manage projects on a deadline
-Exceptional work ethic and problem-solving abilities
-Must be a self-starter who shows initiative and is able to work autonomously
-Understanding of graphic/web design is a plus
-Knowledge of current trends in education is a plus

Responsibilities include:
-Provide general office and administrative support including ordering office supplies, electronic filing, mailings, scanning, taking calls, etc.
- Support outreach efforts with school meetings, auctions and assemblies
- Support CEO and staff members with execution of projects
-Assist in the execution of seasonal events (e.g. holiday party), marketing plans including email and online advertising campaigns, website updates and promotional material
-Communicate with clients and tutors as needed
-Execute outbound call campaigns
-Record and pay invoices
-Develop efficient procedures and suggest ways to improve systems
-Perform basic industry and competitive research online
- Manage TCF Programs (e.g. Grants, Scholarships, Teacher of the Year award and Fall Tutor Placement for the Boys and Girls Clubs of San Francisco)
- Manage website contractors for website updates

Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant position will have general responsibility for accounts payable, and accounts receivable entries and reconciliation tasks supporting the Finance Manager. Background Experience
- A Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
- Must have at least 5 years GL/AR/AP experience preferably within the medical industry. Must have knowledge of commonly-used accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Must be able to prepare excel spreadsheets and to generate, write, read, analyze and utilize the general ledger of accounts and to perform a variety of operational accounting activities.
- Experience with ERP Accounting Software

- Independently performs multiple routine assignments and special projects.
- Reads, writes, interprets and acts on a full understanding of Accounting and Financial Reporting procedures, plans, forecasts, budgets, schedules and time limited work.
- Must be able to communicate in writing, trough generation spreadsheets, emails and financial statements for internal management use.
