Paper or Plastik Cafe is seeking full-time PM servers to launch our forthcoming dinner program.

We are seeking creative applicants to join our team who will bring energy and experience to our evening service. Candidates must have experience with exceptional service, confidence, leadership skills, and excellent communication skills. Restaurant experience needed, some barista training a huge plus!

MANDATORY:
2+ Years in the hospitality industry.
Flexible hours -- must be available to work Weds, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights for at least 2 months as program begins.
Passion for and knowledge of farm to table food, craft beers, wine, third wave coffee, and exceptional service.
Ability to think on your feet in stressful situations and keep a positive attitude even in the face of adversity.
Ability to communicate openly and effectively with both front and back of house.

PREFERRED:
Third Wave Barista Experience (Synesso machine)
Serv-safe certified
