Summit Energy welcomes Paula Gardner as new Financial Controller
Summit employees complete HazMat training
Summit Energy Services of North Dakota has further enhanced its ability to best serve its customers.
On June 29, 14 Summit employees began Hazardous Materials Response Training conducted by Safety Unlimited, a California based company. The need for a HazMat Response Team was prompted by the possibility of encounters with unknown substances and/or large spills.

Summit employee spearheads safety network, multiple businesses join effort
Dustin Austin, HSE Director for Summit Energy Services, is tackling an effort to increase safety-related communication in the Bakken region.
Over the course of several months, Austin developed a strategy for businesses to share information such as safety news, procedures and advancements in the industry. This strategy includes the establishment of MonDaks Safety Network, a National STEPS Network chapter now serving the Williston Basin in Montana and the Dakotas.
