Responsibilities include:

? Collection of delinquent accounts
? High volume inbound and outbound phone calls
? Familiar with retail and wholesale collection
? Maintain a working knowledge of client policies and procedures
? Maintain harmonious working relationship with clients and customers

Minimum qualifications:

? 3-4 years retail and wholesale collections experience
? Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
? Good computer skills
? Able to work in a fast paced environment
? Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
? Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
? Reliable attendance; punctuality

1 COLLECTOR specializing in the collection of legal judgments. Experience with post-judgment collections is necessary.

1 PARALEGAL to prepare legal documents for filing with the court. Entry-level is OK (we will train) but a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved school is necessary.

2 ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS to help prepare and organize legal paperwork. No experience is required. A high school diploma is necessary.

All candidates must be computer literate, be very organized, be able to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.

We are located at The Grove / Farmers Market area in Los Angeles.

Debt Collector

 Debt collectors required to work in the Cardiff and Swansea area. You will be required to make arranged collections from Domestic and commercial property. You will be supplied with a company vehicle and will be given training on using a hand held unit and paid an hourly rate of £10.17.

Somebody from a customer services background would be advantageous and have basic PC skills. You will be working within a set geographical area but from time to time may need to work in different areas.
