We are a mid-size firm with a growing practice located in Los Angeles, CA. We handle medical malpractice, civil rights and personal injury cases. Our office is composed of a group of individuals who work as a team, at every step of a case, and get the job done. We are seeking a receptionist/ intake analyst/ secretary who is not only a team-player, but also organized, dependable and energetic.

While the ideal candidate will be physically stationed at the front desk in our office, he/she will be required to perform tasks ranging from typical receptionist duties to clerical and administrative tasks.

In specific, duties will include answering the phones, doing intakes, scheduling appointments and maintaining office calendar. Also duties will include scanning documents, making copies, assembling papers for court fillings, and making sure files are current. Further duties will include assisting the office administratively.

Compensation, while competitive, will be based on experience.
