Outside Sales Representative (Los Angeles SOUTH BAY)

We're looking for someone with sales experience--preferably in the salon beauty industry-- that will represent our company and services with positive image, words and actions.

This position is responsible for increasing revenues by establishing and implementing sales strategies in concert with company sales plans. It also is responsible for developing and maintaining customer satisfaction. Other duties include identifying and securing new business opportunities and developing and implementing sales presentations that effectively represent's ALFAPARF Milano vision and standards.

Ability to create and deliver effective sales strategies;
Ability to manage a large volume of information and meet deadlines;
Strong interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills;

Requirements:
Two years minimum of outside sales experience preferably in beauty salon industry
Strong presentation skills
Competent organizational skills & exceptional customer service
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to persuade and communicate with all levels hairstylist professionals
Ability to understand a company's differentiators and to market those effectively to a broad spectrum of potential customers
Ability to develop and deliver persuasive and effective sales presentations and to meet and address customer objections
Ability to build and sustain relationships throughout the community
Ability to handle stressful situations & deadlines
Ability to forecast needs & set priority
Ability to meet & exceed outlined objectives & benchmarks
Basic computer knowledge. ( Microsoft Office, Internet)
Bi-lingual.(English, Spanish)
