Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
? Read emails.
? Researching order, RMA, and any other related support tickets.
? Provide product suggestions.
? Complete customer service related tasks.
? Facilitate returns.
? Respond to customer support tickets via different channels and marketplaces.
? Achieve Individual/Team Goals.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
? High School diploma or equivalent.
? Substantial proficiency in computer applications and must be able to type 45 WPM.
? Attention to Detail - Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
? Dependability - Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations.
? Excellent Writing Skills -- Job requires impeccable writing skills (via email) in order to communicate clear and fluid information.
? Independent Worker -- Job requires a great level of independence with moderate instruction.
? Customer Orientation -- Job requires consistent interaction with customers and building company relationships.
