-Accountable to the Project Manager for running profit & loss and financial forecasting.
-Works under the direction of and provides support to the Project Manager who has accountability for the execution of the contract.
-Responsible for the day to day running of key elements of the contract, including, but not limited to the man management, client management and financial performance.
-Responsible for the management of any UK based personnel acting in support and deployed personnel associated with that contract.
-Responsible for the successful delivery of the day to day service to the client. Regular contact with the client, addressing queries in a timely manner and providing satisfaction is a key element of the client relationship role.
-Instigate, monitor and control safe systems of work, to include all aspects of, Health and Safety and produce reports when and as required.
-Responsible for all change orders and amendments to contract.
-Responsible for performance management of deployed personnel including ensuring that training is provided and discipline and grievances are dealt with in terms of the corporate processes.
-Responsible for the submission of reports and returns required in respect of contracted tasks.
-Responsible for maintaining and developing work relationships with key suppliers.
EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCE
-Proven track record of project management over several years
-Will be able to obtain a high level security clearance and be medically fit
-An understanding of providing services to remote locations
QUALIFICATIONS
-Hold an appropriate qualification, preferably in the Technical or Engineering field
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
-Experience in managing a budget and be able to assimilate large amounts of information before prioritizing and establishing suitable solutions.
