We seek an ambitious, eager, hard-working, results-oriented intern to assist our CEO and office manager with administrative and accounting projects, and take on miscellaneous business-related tasks as needed, on a part-time basis.
Hours generally will be around 8 to 16 hours per week -- one or two days during the week and Saturdays.
Due to extensive involvement with the owner/president, the intern candidate must demonstrate:
* A record of academic achievement.
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, Photoshop, and other similar programs.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
* Ownership of a vehicle and clean driving record (You will need to use your own vehicle for errands).
* An ability to calculate interest (You will be tested during the interview process).
Familiarity with QuickBooks and/or other similar business and financial software is preferred, but not required.
