To manage the Holiday Community's Daily and Preventative Maintenance Program by working hands-on within
the Holiday Community, including overall inspection, repair, and general maintenance of apartments and other
interior/exterior areas. Must work as part of a team that includes Management and the Home Office Maintenance
Department.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
?? High school diploma or equivalent.
?? Minimum of two (2) years' verifiable, hands-on maintenance experience in areas such as plumbing,
electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc. is necessary.
?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
?? Ability to perform and/or coordinate emergency building repairs at Holiday-managed Communities;
includes contacting and contracting subcontractors to complete repairs.
?? Experience in the safe handling and use of tools normally used in construction, maintenance, and
landscaping. These power tools include circular saw, power drill, bench grinder, string trimmer,
hedge trimmer, power floor cleaner, carpet cleaning machine, paint sprayer, power drain cleaner,
chain saw, and key machine.
?? Ability to work with and provide maintenance repairs for Holiday Community residents.
?? Effectively communicate in English with residents and other employees.
?? Must demonstrate the ability to support, practice and deliver the "Holiday Touch" 100% of the time.
?? Must demonstrate high standards of ethics and personal accountability.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
?? Prepare or assist in preparing all market-ready apartments, which includes painting, carpet cleaning,
general repairs, and housekeeping.
?? Monitor the maintenance and upkeep of all mechanical equipment in the community including, but
not limited to, water heaters, HVAC units, kitchen equipment, etc.
?? Perform various maintenance functions such as electrical installations, pool maintenance, carpentry/
construction, furnace and air conditioner repairs, filter changing, coil cleaning, plumbing and
appliance repairs, drywall and painting repairs, vinyl installation and repairs, minor roof repairs, etc.
?? Control Maintenance storage and mechanical rooms.

REQUIREMENTS:

? Must be able to work flexible hours.

? Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff and management.
? Light computers skills (Property Management software Yardi preferred).
? Valid driver license is required.

We are seeking a FT exceptional, outgoing person to represent our busy sports chiropractic office at our front desk. This is the 1st person our patients hear and see, as well as the last. This position requires an outgoing person with experience, belief and enthusiasm in proactive healthcare. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and customer service skills. You must also be calm and poised in demeanor at all times, and not easily flustered. This position also requires a significant amount of computer knowledge, multi-tasking and quick thinking. This is a fun and laid back office which is very busy, and yet always runs on time; this can only happen with a capable and efficient team.
