Business Development Executive
We have immediate openings for Business Development Executives with strong
relationships with the Private Practice Physician market and whose client base
takes Medicare/Medical but have not yet selected an EMR/EHR. Business Development
Executives will be offering a preferred product, and, as where required by
Medicare/Medical, the costs may be offset by stimulus incentives.
We have opportunities for all five (5) local counties as well as multiple states.
In February 2009, President Obama signed the HITECH Act which allocated $19.2 billion
to stimulate the transition to Health Information Technology over the next 5 years,
having started in 2011. These stimulus funds are paid directly to physicians for
adopting and implementing PlatinumMD's EHR technology and ranges from $44,000 to
$63,500 per physician.
You will be offering a REQUIRED product for these Providers, at No cost once the
stimulus is applied.
The primary objective of the Business Development Executive is to utilize such medical
contacts as previously mentioned to personally obtain opportunities to demonstrate
PlatinumMD's EHR.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize internal marketing support and follow up on all leads
- Create sales opportunities within Business Development Executive's client relationships
and acquire new partners within the medical community
(i.e. private practices and private clinics that take medicare and medicaid)
- Identify new prospective relationships with companies already in business with private
practice physicians who take medicare and medicaid
- Strategize on key target accounts; provide management with weekly report of progress
Qualifications:
- 3+ Years experience in the Healthcare industry with an ability to immediately demonstrate
relationships with private practice physicians who take medicare/medicaid who have not
yet chosen an EHR
- Possessing current relationships with Decision Makers with private practice physicians
clients and private practice physician who take
- Medicare/Medical and have not yet chosen an EHR

Candidates in this job are responsible for assessing the overall credit risk of loan transactions by thorough analysis of all loan components for consumer loan applications. Components include: credit report, all sources of income, analyzing the bank statements, ach bank information, type of loan program, FICO score, CDS score, and identifying financial fraudulent activities.
Responsibilities:
? Review all loan components in the consumer loan application to include but not limited to completeness, accuracy and integrity while ensuring that documents are consistent and uphold to Company and industry guidelines. (i.e. qualifying income used is supported by documentation provided.)
? Examine transaction to ensure compliance with all CashCall's consumer loan policies.
? Implement and enforce fraud detection techniques. Request supplemental information/documentation as necessity dictates. Also, forwarding files to the fraud queue for review when necessary.
? Underwrite loan application within limits of credit authority based on capability to underwrite transactions involving varying levels of complexity and risk--Acquire a 2nd level underwriter when deemed necessary.
? Recognize risk factors that may compromise the overall quality of the application request.
? Execute prudent loan decisions and review loan conditions in a timely manner.
? On average underwrite and disposition 50 consumer loans applications per day.
? Every file must be reviewed to completion on the initial review, (application, credit, faxes, call logs & all calculations) no matter the decision, unless an incomplete application was given.
? Recognize types of documentation required for varying or unique circumstances. (e.g. Self-Employed borrowers, derogatory credit and non-traditional income sources, etc.)
? Effectively communicate an engage proactively with loan agents, funders and servicing/collections in regards to loan decisions, assignment of loan conditions and possible loan scenarios.
? Each underwriter is to uphold exceptional customer service.
Requirement:
? Ability to be detailed oriented while working in changing working conditions
? Knowledge of CDS Scores, FICO Scores, consumer loan applications, ACH transactions
? Ability to analyze large amounts of financial data and the ability to document financial data accurately

Candidates in this job are responsible for assessing the overall credit risk of loan transactions by thorough analysis of all loan components for consumer loan applications. Components include: credit report, all sources of income, analyzing the bank statements, ach bank information, type of loan program, FICO score, CDS score, and identifying financial fraudulent activities.
Responsibilities:
? Review all loan components in the consumer loan application to include but not limited to completeness, accuracy and integrity while ensuring that documents are consistent and uphold to Company and industry guidelines. (i.e. qualifying income used is supported by documentation provided.)
? Examine transaction to ensure compliance with all CashCall's consumer loan policies.
? Implement and enforce fraud detection techniques. Request supplemental information/documentation as necessity dictates. Also, forwarding files to the fraud queue for review when necessary.
? Underwrite loan application within limits of credit authority based on capability to underwrite transactions involving varying levels of complexity and risk--Acquire a 2nd level underwriter when deemed necessary.
? Recognize risk factors that may compromise the overall quality of the application request.
? Execute prudent loan decisions and review loan conditions in a timely manner.
? On average underwrite and disposition 50 consumer loans applications per day.
? Every file must be reviewed to completion on the initial review, (application, credit, faxes, call logs & all calculations) no matter the decision, unless an incomplete application was given.
? Recognize types of documentation required for varying or unique circumstances. (e.g. Self-Employed borrowers, derogatory credit and non-traditional income sources, etc.)
? Effectively communicate an engage proactively with loan agents, funders and servicing/collections in regards to loan decisions, assignment of loan conditions and possible loan scenarios.
? Each underwriter is to uphold exceptional customer service.
Requirement:
? Ability to be detailed oriented while working in changing working conditions
? Knowledge of CDS Scores, FICO Scores, consumer loan applications, ACH transactions
? Ability to analyze large amounts of financial data and the ability to document financial data accurately
? Strong computer skills; Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
? Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
? Experience in Consumer Underwriter preferred
