A privately held Real Estate Company in the United States with a diversified portfolio of industrial, office, retail and multi-family residential real estate assets nationwide. With the corporate location in west Los Angeles and asset work-sites in 3 states, we are presently looking to strengthen our Maintenance team.

Our Real Estate Investment Company is seeking a well-rounded, self-motivated Maintenance Tech to join our Los Angeles team.

Job Responsibilities
The candidate will work with Property Management team. You will be a key member in the Maintenance process with a lot of problem solving and documentation.
Duties
Complete maintenance needs on several commercial/ multi- family properties
Complete tenant work orders
Complete work order projects on main work order log list
Help with Tenant Improvements
Interior property painting, framing and drywall work
Vendor Coordination and reviewing their work
Plumbing and Electrical repairs as needed

Qualifications

Commercial Real Estate Experience
Be able to drive to multiple properties
Must be reliable and trust worthy
Self starter with strong communication skills
Clean Background
Bi-lingual a plus
Have Own tools
