We're ready for the right candidate to join our Cosmetic Brush Sales department as an entry level Project Coordinator as well as being an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of our Global Brush division. You'll have the chance to work directly with each department in the company to manage customers and projects at various stages of production. Several times a year, you may have the opportunity to travel to China and or Korea to participate in trade shows and meet with manufacturers.

Your mission will be to work with the packaging innovation and brush teams to manage customers and projects by responding to customer inquiries and communicating with factory personnel on product specifications. Using your ability to communicate effectively, you will correspond with factories, primarily located in Asia, via telephone and email. Your time management and organizational skills will be essential as you will need to constantly change direction to keep up with the fast paced environment. Your capacity to thrive in a team environment, as well as independently, will drive your success at solving problems regardless of the situation. Qualifications:

We're in the market for a stellar candidate with a combination of the following skills, experience and background:

? Bachelor's degree is required
? Strong Presentation, Communication, Organizational & Time Management Skills are required
? The ability to work independently using strong critical thinking skills is a must
? Previous experience in a Sales environment is preferred
? Ability to travel internationally/domestically several times a year if required
? Knowledge of cosmetics (particularly cosmetic brushes) is helpful
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
? Responsible and reliable with an eager can-do attitude is essential

Details:
? Pay rate: depending on experience
? Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 am -- 5:30 pm (7.5 hours per day)
? Santa Monica Location (Ocean Park & 28th Street)
