Customer Service Representative - Office Help ((( Van Nuys)))

** Highly motivated and organized
** Go getter attitude with the ability to achieve ambitious goals
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills
** Capability of working both independently and within a team
** Computer proficiency (Excel, Outlook,Word, and typing skills) Basic knowledge of Excel is a must.
** Positive attitude and upbeat personality in person and over the telephone
** Ability to multitask & simultaneously handle high volumes of inbound customer emails.
** Deal with customer service issues, answering product questions/inquiries
** Assist with order processing, purchasing, tracking and inventory of fulfillment and shipping, RMA
** Administrative / office support capabilities

... All training will be provided. Wages are to be determined based on previous experience.
Monday- Friday.
8:30am-5pm
