FULL-TIME & PART-TIME SALES and MERCHANDISING ASSOCIATE

Vertigo Paris is seeking for an enthusiastic and energetic Sales and Merchandising Associate.

Sales Associate's primary focus is to drive sales through building and maintaining relationships with our customers. You are the most critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our store is nothing other than outstanding. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to demonstrating outstanding customer service, building and maintaining a loyal client base, providing clients with product knowledge, calling clients for events and the arrival of new merchandise.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Interacting with customers and assisting them with their needs and purchases.

* Ensuring that the displayed products in the store comply with all company standards.

* Following standard operating procedures of the store.

* Maintaining cleanliness and proper display order of products in the store.

* Assisting the customers in billing and packaging process at checkout.

* Maintaining all records of sold inventory and filling order forms for new store purchases.

* Reporting loss and damage of products, customer feedback and complaints.

* Keeping record of all the store merchandise.

* Keeping track of all the prices and labels on the merchandise.

* Replenishing all necessary apparels as and when required.

* Maintaining a record of all the apparels that have been sold.
