Mud cleaning equipment for water well drilling

There are several different types of drilling methods are used in weter well drilling. such as : Rotary drilling, Cable tool drilling,Auger drilling,Hand Driving,Jetting.Hollow-Rod drilling. etc.  no matter what type of drilling methods . The mud cleaning equipment are often required in water well drilling process.

Generally, The mud cleaning equipment like shale shaker,desander,desilter are used for removaling drilling cuttings out from drilling mud which come from water well. As the drill bit penetrates the soil. It creates smaller fragmented pieces that called drilling cuttings. The drilling fluid carries these cuttings to the surface to create an open hole from the top to the bottom. The drill cuttings are colletected into a settling pit. In order to get the mud be re-circulated down the hole. a good mud cleaning system is required to achieve this goal. The optimum goal is to remove all the undesirable drill solids and send just bentonite and water to continue carrying new cuttings up and out of the hole.
