The background
This is a fantastic opportunity for a drilling supervisor/well Site Leader to work for a leading global oil and Gas Company. Supervisors act as a central role in the lead of all activity, HSE, operations and logistics on the site well drilling.

The role
If the drilling supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing offshore/onshore drilling, completion and weed shipment operations on rig sites. While the majority of the work offshore rig, some time on the website will possibly also must undertake operations planning and guest reviews. You will ensure that all good site drilling and completions operations be carried out in compliance with business practices along with appropriate legal requirements. In addition, you drive through continuous improvements and individuals for their contribution to the performance will coach. You will also monitor all wells staff and materials movements to ensure that there are no delays.

YOU
Ideally you will to a degree or HND level within a relevant discipline to be trained or you have the equivalent relevant experience within an Engineering role. Do you have previous success in a drilling supervisor role and competence in a good design for drilling activities demonstrated. Do you have experience with the functioning and problems of the safety program and you will have experience of working with the third party vendors. You'll be competent with landmark good engineering software packages such as Maintenance inspections/Openwells, Well plan and experience of drilling for an operator will have. Ideally you should have a good IWCF control certificate.
