Because of this we are currently looking for; prep cooks, line cooks, & potential kitchen managers!
Potential employee must be able to work long shifts standing, posses a good memory, move quickly, & be able to learn and keep up with current culinary trends. The other standard requirements still apply, have reliable transportation to work, be eligible to legally work in the U.S, have a current California food handler card, be able to read and speak English, and posses a strong work ethic.
But fear not, if you have no culinary experience we will train and equip the right person!
